Attendance must be at least 180 days.

GRADE SCALE

SC UNIFORM GRADING SCALE

This is the scale we use for transcripts, GPA and class ranking.

All High School grades must be numerical. We prefer numerical grades for 7th & 8th grade, as well.

  • A = 100-90

  • B = 89-80

  • C = 79-70

  • D = 69-60

  • F = 59- below

If you choose to not give numerical grades for elementary or middle school you can use the following grade scale.

  • E = Excellent

  • S = Satisfactory

  • N = Needs Improvement

  •  I  = Incomplete

  • U = Unsatisfactory

You may also say "Mastered" for each subject.

You may use your own grading scale but these are the ones we prefer and are used to calculate GPAs.

Dual Credit classes are scored by the college's grading scale.

CLASS RANKING

Students are ranked in 9th-12th  grades.

Senior grades are due by the date of graduation.

All grades for these students are due by May 30th. Students whose grades are not turned in by this date will be ranked at the bottom of the class.
